1.How long will it take to delivery?

A: Shipment Methods & Delivery Time

Generally, the delivery time is 15-25 days. If the goods is in stock, the delivery will be more faster.

Our products distributed to all over the world, shipped with DHL and FEDEX. The above options are available to most countries. They can send the jewelry to your destination. Welcome to contact us if you are confused which one is better in your place.

2.What payment methods do Macro Plus accept?

A: We provide the easy and secure payment method: Bank transfer,40% deposit, and the balance by T/T before delivery.

3.What is MOQ?

The minimum order quantity of each item is 30pcs. About the mix products please contact us.

4.How can I get samples?

A: We would like to offer samples for free which decide the sample material and quantity, you pay the shipping cost, we send sample to you, delivery time about 3-5 days.

5.Can I change my order?

A: 1. Of course, you can change your order (add or delete items) before confirmation. After you confirmed the order,till now, you can add, but not reduce items. If you want to add some products, you have to make a new order. We will conbine orders and offer you the same discount.

2. Before we pock up the goods, you can cancel the order, which don't bring you any trouble. After we finished your order, you decide to cancel the order, it will bring you negative impression. If total is 3 times, we will consider to keep cooperation or not.

6.How do I track my parcel?

A: 1. After we sent out your goods, we will send the tracking No. to you in the same time or second day. Then you can track your parcel on express official website at anytime. If you can't track the parcel online,please contact express office to check package status and send us emails to inform that. We will help you.

2. However, your item(s) do not arrive within your stated lead times, please contact us, we will be happy to help you. Please note lead times are only an approximation, as we are unable to guarantee a delivery time at the point of order.

7.Returns and Exchange

A: In order to build long-term cooperation with customers, we promise to exchange or return goods whenthere is an non artificial qualit problem as following:

1. The goods not match to customer's order (except the exchanged goods after we negotiate with you)

2. There is any damaged during the delivery (except force majeure factor).

3. Please  contact us within 7 days when you receive the goods if you need to return or exchange.

Can't return or exchange goods:

1. If there is any damage caused by abnormal wear or tear.

2. We won't return or exchange goods only because of customer's favor(such as smell, color, model, appearance.) or other conditions.
